Consulting

The initial consult is where it all begins. During this half-day session, we will work with you 1:1 to map out your “Scale & Exit Plan” and discuss options for how we can help you and your team execute that plan.

Non-Equity Partnership

We’re looking for business partners, not consultations. We come alongside you as a minority, profits-only interest partner which means we earn when you earn, and we don’t receive actual equity until your company sells.

Exit Advisory

We assist in sales deck preparation, buyer pool identification, LOI solicitation, deal negotiation, data room management, and escrow handling, all aiming to secure the ideal deal at the right price.

Funding/Investment

At Scale & Exit, we have a network of accredited investors we can tap into for our clients/partners when and if additional funding is needed. Whether it’s debt or equity you’re after, we got you covered.

 How It Works

Step 1 Assess

First, we’ll define what success means to you. We’ll clarify your income, wealth, and impact goals and align on a structure and strategy for achieving your longer-term wealth goals without sacrificing your short-term income goals.

Step 2 Optimize

Once we’re clear on our goals and strategy, we’ll deploy our playbook of 217 sales accelerators, 63 profit accelerators, and 50 value amplifiers to (at least) 3X your sales, 2X your take-home profits, and 4X - 8X your enterprise value. 

Step 3 Exit

When the time is right, we’ll prepare the sales decks, identify the buyer pool, solicit LOIs, negotiate the deals, manage the data rooms, and handle the escrow and close, all with the singular goal of getting you the perfect deal at the perfect price.
